"The Website" provides services to you ("You") subject to the following Terms and Conditions ("User Agreement"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By accessing and using "The Website", you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of the User Agreement. The terms & conditons listed here are in addition to the Terms of Use listed elsewhere on this website.

2. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONTENT UPLOADED BY YOU

You as an adviser or user of "The Website" agrees to take complete responsibility for the content uploaded by you on "The Website". This content may be in the form of Articles, your personal page information, the qualifications you mention on your page, the experience you mention about yourself, or whatever information you provide to the public on this website.

3. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ADVICE GIVEN BY YOU

You as an adviser or user of "The Website" agrees to take complete responsibility for the advice given by you to the asker on this website. You agree not to offend, cause mental pressure, or harm the asker in any way by giving your advice. In case the asker or user of this website feels harmed in any way, you as an Adviser on this website take complete responsibility to negotiate and deal with such an asker. "The Website" would neither be responsible nor be a party to any dispute arising between you (Adviser) and the asker.

4. FEE AND CHARGES POLICY

You as an adviser would be provided with option to set or change the price you wish to charge for your consultation on this website. This option can be found on your dashboard. There are two possibilities for fee charged by you:
(a) You Charge no Fees (or you charge Rs 0).
(b) You Charge a Fee (or you charge greater than Rs 0).
In the first scenario "The Website" would not charge anything from you, means if you do not charge anything from your customer, than "The Website" also would not charge anything. Now come to second scenario, when you decide to charge a fee for your consultation.:
In this case there are two type of charges
(a) Fixed Charge: Rs 5 per transaction.
(b) Variable Charge: 10% of the fee charged.
Your account statement is always visible to you on your dashboard. However "The Website" reserves the right to make any modifications in its fee and charges policy without providing any notice to its users.
